Referring broker-dealer's registered representatives will have access to Welcome Life Securities' CE courses and powerpoint presentations, providing up-to-date life settlement and regulatory information.

Welcome Life Securities spends extensive time and resources reviewing the current training programs of its independent brokers to ensure that its representatives receive appropriate and sufficient training regarding the Life-Settlement option. It is part of our commitment to quality, service and integrity. If Welcome Life Securities determines that its affiliates' current training program is lacking in any area related to settlements, the firm will schedule an on-sight or teleconference session to conduct its own training program for the independent firm's registered representatives and supervisors.

Principal Supervision

Every transaction conducted is supervised by one of Welcome Life Securities registered principals who supervise the application, underwriting, offer negotiation and closing processes. Welcome Life Securities has developed specific written supervisory procedures for complying with principal supervisory rules.
